With a wide array of wacky events, this is a perfect gathering for company team building and networking with fellow community supporters.
While there will be a winning team, points will also be awarded for both style and substance. Team costumes, chants, and cheers are highly encouraged.

The Kalamazoo Rotary Club and KZOOM, in partnership with the Kalamazoo Parks Department.
Who can participate?
The Oddlympics is for adults age 18 or older.
How do teams work?
Players compete in teams of four.
Is this event good for team building or networking?
Yes. The event is great for team building and networking, with fun, collaborative challenges that encourage connection, engagement, and interaction with participants from across Kalamazoo.
What is the cost to participate?
The entry fee is $100 per four person team.
What does the registration fee include?
Each team receives one ballpark meal and one drink ticket (beer, seltzer) per player.
Can I buy additional drink tickets?
Yes. Extra drink tickets will be available for purchase at the event.
How do I register?
Team registration is available through Eventbrite.
What is the purpose of the Oddlympics?
All proceeds support KFOR scholarships for youth programs provided by the Kalamazoo Parks Department.
What kinds of games will be played?
Expect humorous, offbeat challenges—relay races with twists, oversized obstacle games, team antics, and other “odd” competitions designed for adults to have fun and be silly.
Can spectators attend?
Yes. Spectators are welcome to cheer on the teams and enjoy the atmosphere.
What should participants bring?
Comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, sunscreen, water bottles, and a playful spirit.
Are volunteers needed?
Yes. Volunteers help run game stations, manage scoring, assist with setup and cleanup, and support event logistics. Contact Sandy Bliesener sbliesener@ocba.com to volunteer.
Is the event accessible?
Organizers aim to make the Oddlympics inclusive and accessible, however the events are held on the ballfield. Participants may request accommodations during registration and every effort will be made to meet them.
